Is Delta-8 legal in all states?
Currently Delta-8 is not legal in all 50 states; it is illegal in 13 states including Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah and Washington. For these states we suggest our HHC Day Drinker, as that is legal in all states at this time. The good news is as more products become available and more information becomes known, many states are changing their laws.
Is Delta-8 sold at gas stations?
Of course – D8 Seltzers are in your favorite convenience stores Yesway and Allsups. In June 2022, Delta Beverages signed a deal with Yesway and Allsups and had a 300 store rollout. As of right now, you can only buy D8 seltzers (not HHC) in Yesway and Allsups locations. This roll out is only the beginning- we’re quickly gaining traction and will be joining more locations soon.
We don’t plan on stopping there! Delta Beverages is constantly looking for ways to improve and become more available. Soon you may see us at your favorite gas station chain!
